ID Watchdog is on a mission to help protect employees from the ever-growing risk of identity fraud. We work with some of the largest employers in the United States to ensure their employees have access to award-winning features they can’t find anywhere else. To support this mission we are seeking an accomplished and dynamic Head of Sales & Partnerships, ID Watchdog to lead the growth of our Identity Theft Protection business. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of the employee benefits landscape, a proven track record of sales excellence, and the ability to inspire, build, and coach a high-performing sales team. What You'll Do: • Oversee and direct execution of the sales efforts for our employer benefits-focused identity theft protection solution • Establish and maintain strong relationships with brokers and partners, specifically at the senior leadership level, to support the sales team, explore new opportunities or ensure the retention of business • Coach account executives on effective pursuit strategies, RFP responses, deal structuring and contract negotiations • Establish repeatable and effective frameworks for sales success (i.e. sales behaviors, pipeline development strategies, and business reviews) • Work closely with other internal stakeholders in order to smoothly coordinate sales activities within other functional areas • Represent ID Watchdog as a thought leader across the industry • Identify, recruit, develop and coach a high performing sales team to meet and exceed targets What Experience You Need: • Bachelors degree, or equivalent work experience • 5 years of experience leading a sales team, 7 years preferred, demonstrating an ability to drive results and meet or exceed team targets • 7-10 years of experience working in the benefits channel, working with benefit brokers or carriers, with a history of developing and maintaining relationships with brokers, benadmin platforms, and other key channel stakeholders • A track record of prospecting and growing new partnerships, particularly with reseller and referral arrangements • Demonstrated thought leadership and an ability represent the business at trade shows, webinars and other industry events • A passion for coaching and developing high performing account executives • Demonstrated ability to leverage sales tools (i.e. Salesforce) and analytics to drive effective sales motions • Ability to travel up to 30-50% of the time What Could Set You Apart: • Exceptional strategic foresight: You're not just about hitting current targets; you're able to see where the market is going and proactively position ID Watchdog to capitalize on future opportunities and trends in the employee benefits and identity protection spaces. • A natural connector: You have an existing, robust network of contacts within the benefits broker and carrier community that you can leverage immediately to accelerate partnerships and sales growth. This compensation range takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to: skill sets; experience and training; and other business and organizational needs. At Equifax, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $170,000 to $200,000. This position is also eligible for our incentive compensation program.
