As a Solutions Consultant, you will be responsible for promoting and selling risk intelligence solutions within an assigned customer base. You will partner closely with our Sales, Product, and Engineering teams to understand complex customer challenges and articulate the value of our platform through compelling, tailored solutions and growing channel partnerships. This role is ideal for a highly motivated individual who thrives at the intersection of technology and business strategy. What You'll Do: You will represent existing solutions to an expert degree in order to effectively consult with clients and with sales teams to design and execute on revenue growth proposals during all phases of the sales cycle, with a particular focus on the suite of products powered by incarceration data. You will consult with Sales, Product, Technology, Marketing, and other functions to develop strategies and tactics to position and enhance the value of Risk Intelligence solutions, with a strong emphasis on expanding reach through channel partners and driving excellence in product accuracy, efficiency and accessibility. Provide subject matter expertise during the sales process to both Sales and the customer in areas such as product knowledge (specifically for incarceration data products), technical knowledge, interpretation, need requirements, solution process mapping, and configuration. Advise management of customer acceptance of existing or proposed products and services and make recommendations on enhancements or new services based upon client input, data, and analytics, with an eye towards improving channel partner offerings. Provide product and technical support to other teams as needed, including support for channel partners. Conduct in-depth technical discovery sessions to understand the customer's current state, pain points, technical requirements, and desired future state. Translate complex business requirements into clear, technical solution specifications and value propositions. Act as the primary technical subject matter expert (SME) for the Sales team, guiding strategy and overcoming technical objections during the sales cycle. What Experience You Need: Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Finance, Marketing or other relevant Discipline; or Equivalent work experience Minimum five years experience in technology solutions selling, with a proven track record in channel partnership management within the screening industry. Knowledge of HR services, talent management, verifications, compliance, tax, or a similar space, with specific expertise in products powered by incarceration data, strongly preferred. Entrepreneurial attitude and flexibility in working in an evolving organization, with experience navigating the complexities of channel partnerships. Strong project management skills, well organized, high attention to detail, and results-oriented, especially in managing channel partner pipelines. Strong communication skills with the ability to liaise with individuals across all levels within an organization, including external channel partners. Proven ability to present creative problem solving using analytical skills, particularly in optimizing channel partnership performance. Demonstrate strong client-facing skills (internal and external customers, including channel partners). What Could Set You Apart: Able to craft and share compelling customer and competitive storylines, particularly for channel partners and products leveraging incarceration data. Demonstrated experience in developing and executing strategies to position and enhance the value of Risk Intelligence solutions within an assigned customer base. This compensation range takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to: skill sets; experience and training; and other business and organizational needs. At Equifax, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $130,000 to $150,000.
