The Customer Success Manager - FinTech is responsible for ensuring operational excellence, handling post-sales implementation program management and collaborating with customers in this vertical to ensure they are realizing expected value from Equifax solutions, as well as receiving the best customer experience. What you will do Ensure operational excellence via the handling of post-sales implementation program management as well as ongoing account support Drive customer advocacy in resolving customer issues from acquisition to adoption to use to value realization Monitor and maintain customer health Partner with Relationship Managers in preparing quarterly business reviews Drive customer advocacy within Equifax Coordinate internal COE teams to benefit of customers Provide clients transparency on status of issues/requests Assist with resolution of customer support issues What experience you need Bachelor's degree in related discipline or equivalent experience 5-7 years of experience in B2B customer success, account management, or other client-facing role Knowledge of customer success processes and best practices Experience promoting value through the customer experience Experience working with complex, multi-divisional, multi-geographical customers Experience working with cross-functional teams What could set you apart Prior experience working with or at FinTech companies Ability to create structure in ambiguous situations and design effective processes and creatively solve problems Exceptional ability to communicate and foster positive business relationships Ability to establish milestones and keep all team members on task; strong project management skills Self-driven and proactive Bias for action Equifax is required by law to include a good-faith salary range for this role. This compensation range takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to: skill sets; experience and training; and other business and organizational needs. At Equifax, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role. A reasonable estimate of the current base salary range is $86,020.00 to $110,000.00.
