Description: • Designing and implementing strategic initiatives for corporate partnerships • Managing a portfolio of corporate partners • Developing high-impact campaigns • Representing Equality Now externally in corporate engagement Requirements: • Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree strongly preferred • 8+ years of progressive experience in development or fundraising • Proven success in securing corporate and foundation gifts of $100K+ • Strong familiarity with CSR, ESG, and sustainability frameworks • Fluent in English; proficiency in Spanish, French, or Arabic is highly desirable Benefits: • health and retirement benefits • generous leave • ongoing professional development
