Full Description

This role is essential to ensuring Equality Federation meets its ambitious revenue goals and continues to strengthen its financial base. Your mission will be to manage and grow our individual donor programs (mid-level to major donors), steward and cultivate corporate sponsorships for our Leadership Conference, and administer the fundraising database of EveryAction to support strong donor engagement and accurate forecasting. This role directly supports the Director of Development by managing day-to-day donor stewardship, prospecting, and sponsor logistics while modeling and upholding our Ethical Fundraising Policy.
