Role Description The Inside Sales Representative – Central Region is a sales role focused on selling technology products —optics, cables, and switches — remotely, primarily via phone, email, and other virtual tools, from an office or home setting. Key responsibilities include generating leads, developing relationships with potential and existing customers, managing a sales pipeline, creating quotes, fulfilling orders, and maintaining detailed customer records in a Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system to achieve sales targets and build brand loyalty. Key Responsibilities: Prospecting and Lead Generation: • Researching and identifying potential clients (B2B or B2C) and initiating contact. • Creating on-site appointments with Sean Willard’s 16 State region of existing and new customers. Customer Relationship Management: • Building and maintaining strong, long-term customer relationships to encourage repeat business. Product and Service Knowledge: • Understanding the product or service line to explain features, benefits, and technical requirements. Sales Activities: • Responding to inquiries via phone, email, and other virtual channels. • Providing quotes, pricing, and delivery information to customers. • Processing orders and coordinating with other departments for timely fulfillment. Pipeline Management: • Tracking leads, following up diligently, and maintaining detailed records of client interactions in a CRM system. Sales Administration: • Preparing orders, managing customer accounts, and ensuring compliance with company procedures. Continuous Improvement: • Keeping up with new product descriptions and participating in educational opportunities to enhance job knowledge.
