Hiring: Client Relations Assistant (Remote / Commission-Based with Potential to Grow) Location: Michigan (Remote – work from home) Business: Epoxy Culture ⸻ About Us Epoxy Culture is a Michigan-based creative design studio specializing in custom epoxy countertops, backsplashes, accent walls, specialty floors, and statement pieces such as epoxy river tables and river table barn doors. We blend artistry and craftsmanship to turn ordinary spaces into standout design features, each piece custom-made by hand. Online estimates are preferred, though in-home estimates are available when needed. Most projects are within approximately one hour of Novi, MI, with growing opportunities in higher-end and out-of-state markets. ⸻ The Role We’re looking for a motivated and personable Client Relations Assistant to help manage new leads, client communication, scheduling, and quote follow-ups. This position starts commission-based, with the opportunity to grow into a part-time paid role as the business expands. This role will also support growth-focused outreach for higher-end projects, including custom epoxy countertops and river tables and river table barn doors, both locally and in select upscale markets. ⸻ What You’ll Do • Respond to new leads via email, text, and social media • Use provided message templates to communicate pricing, timelines, and estimate options (online preferred; in-home available) • Track leads, deposits, and booked projects in a shared spreadsheet • Follow up with potential clients • Help confirm deposits and keep project timelines organized • Assist with outreach and follow-up for high-end custom projects (river tables, barn doors, statement pieces) • Support promotion efforts in affluent local areas and select out-of-state markets, such as Tennessee (scripts and guidance provided) ⸻ What We’re Looking For • Friendly, organized, and confident with follow-up • Strong written and verbal communication skills • Comfortable with basic tech (Google Sheets, smartphone, social media) • Reliable, self-motivated, and detail-oriented • Experience in customer service, sales, or admin is a plus (but not required) ⸻ Compensation • Commission: 5% per booked project (after deposit clears) • Bonus: $100 for every 5 booked projects per one month • Payment: Zelle within 3–5 business days of deposit confirmation • Growth Opportunity: Potential for hourly pay or expanded responsibilities after a 30-day trial period ⸻ Hours: Flexible, approximately 5–10 hours per week (remote) Start Date: ASAP To Apply: Message or email Holly at epoxyculture@gmail.com with a short introduction and why this role interests you.
