Technical Program Manager (TPM) – Hardware-in-the-Loop (HiL) Testing Location: Allen Park, MI Experience Level: Specialist Employment Type: W2, Contract About the Role We are seeking a Technical Program Manager (TPM) to lead end-to-end software feature validation using Agile methodologies. This role requires expertise in software test design, vehicle functional partitioning, electrical and communication architectures, embedded software processes, and OEM Global Product Development Systems. Key Responsibilities • Oversee technical delivery of software feature validation using Agile tools and processes. • Serve as the single point of contact between the test organization, feature owners, engineering teams, and suppliers. • Define HiL testing scope, manage resources, organize status updates, and develop automated test procedures. • Implement and execute tests using Hardware-in-the-Loop equipment; document and review execution reports. • Manage test projects for assigned features, including scope, coverage, timelines, communication, and risk. • Develop and negotiate testing scope and statements of work. • Analyze requirements, vehicle components, electrical schematics, functional specifications, and FMEA documentation. • Design, maintain, and execute test procedures aligned with test design guidelines and strategy. • Implement and validate test environment automation and vehicle variant management solutions. • Troubleshoot vehicle systems and test environments to minimize false positives. • Drive continuous improvement in test design, management, and execution processes.
