• Location: North Carolina, North Carolina Type: Contract Job #101396 Job Title: Process Analyst Location: Remote (Must be local to Chicago area in case the client requires you onsite for meetings) Job Type: Contract Expected hours per week 40 hours per week Schedule Monday – Friday, Remote Pay Range $40-$43 an hour Job Description: Description: This detail driven and customer focused team member will execute on daily Fulfillment Operations processes within Service Level Agreements (SLAs). Fulfillment Operations reviews incoming orders for credit or debit cards via the Salesforce database. Reporting is created and tracked throughout the fulfillment lifecycle. The cards are manually retrieved from secure safes, manually packaged and the system updated with the details. Cards that require additional configurations are tracked, and monitored through completion and escalation, if applicable. Cards are packaged, verified by another team member and submitted for shipment to mailroom department. This team member will track FedEx deployments, leveraging their familiarity with customs. The team member will, as needed: Proactively mitigate and research open items Respond timely to questions regarding fulfillment process Answer questions on specific orders This self-motivated and independent contributor will consistently deliver high quality work, demonstrate strong written and verbal communications, commitment to provide premier customer service, while leveraging their risk management and problem-solver and critical thinking acumen.
