About the Position: Orbis Clinical, part of Epic Staffing Group, is looking for Client Solutions Manager, who will be responsible for managing client partnerships and overseeing the end-to-end Clinician on Assignment (COA) recruitment and fulfillment process to ensure consistent delivery, satisfaction, and retention within a Strategic Business Unit (SBU). The role has combined responsibilities of a recruiter and a client services manager, which includes sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates as well as building client relationships and generating new business opportunities. What You’ll Do: • Understand client requirements, including job descriptions, skill sets, and cultural fit, to effectively match candidates to client needs. • Develop and maintain a strong client database, regularly updating and managing client information. • Utilize various sourcing techniques, including online job boards, social media, networking, and referrals, to attract a diverse pool of qualified candidates. • Review resumes, conduct initial phone screens, and interview candidates to assess their qualifications, skills, and fit for specific roles. Coordinate and schedule candidate interviews with clients, ensuring a smooth and timely process. • Provide guidance and support to candidates throughout the application and interview process, addressing any questions or concerns. • Build and maintain strong relationships with both clients and candidates, acting as a trusted advisor throughout the recruitment lifecycle. • Proactively communicate with clients to understand their evolving needs, address any challenges, and provide regular updates on candidate progress. • Nurture relationships with candidates, understanding their career goals, aspirations, and preferences to match them with suitable job opportunities. • Conduct reference checks and verify candidate credentials as necessary. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of client and candidate interactions using applicant tracking systems or other relevant tools. • Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations, including data protection and equal employment opportunity guidelines. • Prepare and present reports on recruitment activities, including client acquisition, candidate pipelines, and placements. What You’ll Bring: • Two years of experience as a full desk recruiter or account management role, preferably in a recruitment agency or staffing firm; healthcare staffing is extremely preferred. • Strong sales and negotiation skills with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets. • Professional & Technical Expertise: Possess an overall knowledge of business functions and understanding of services, business strategy, policies and procedures, and job’s impact to the organization. • Using Specialized Technology: Work with electronic hardware and software applications specific to the role. • Action & Results Focus: Work independently, see business needs and proactively accomplish them for the betterment of their team and the organization. • Self-Management: Analyze work, set goals, develop plans of action, utilize time. • Informing: Proactively obtain and share information tailored to the audience. • Customer Focus: Attend to the needs and expectations of customers. • Influencing: Affect or change others' positions and opinions. • Oral Communication: Engage effectively in dialogue. Salary: $70,000 - $80,000 Annually Client Solutions Manager Full Job Description The starting salary offer will vary based on the applicant’s education, experience, skills, abilities, internal equity, and alignment with market data. This position may also be eligible to participate in a company incentive plan and/or commission plan.
