Overview Epic is the leading digital reading platform for kids in the U.S., providing engaging and high-quality reading experiences for children around the world. As a User Growth Business Analyst Intern, you'll join the global growth team to support the planning, tracking, and analysis of Epic's user growth strategies in the U.S. market. You'll work across projects such as performance marketing, SEO, educator community growth, and influencer marketing—providing data insights that inform key business decisions. Key Responsibilities 1. Data Analysis & Reporting Support collection, cleaning, and visualization of user growth data (registrations, subscriptions, ROI, retention, funnel performance, etc.). Help maintain growth dashboards and generate weekly/monthly insights reports. 2. Market & Growth Research Monitor U.S. EdTech competitors and analyze their growth strategies. Study growth models (Growth Flywheel, AARRR, LTV modeling, etc.) to support Epic's growth planning. 3. Project Support & Cross-Team Collaboration Assist with user growth initiatives including ad testing, SEO content deployment, A/B testing, and conversion rate optimization. Collaborate with product, marketing, design, and tech teams to ensure smooth implementation of growth strategies. 4. Insights & Reporting Translate data into actionable insights and strategic recommendations. Support preparation of weekly reports, monthly summaries, and executive presentations. Requirements • Bachelor's degree or above (in progress). Majors in Economics, Statistics, Marketing, or Business Analytics preferred. • Strong analytical and data interpretation skills; proficient in Excel/Google Sheets; SQL or Python experience is a plus. • Familiar with key growth metrics (CAC, ROI, LTV, Retention, ARPU, etc.). • Good English communication skills; comfortable working in a bilingual environment. • Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and passionate about education and children's content. • Minimum 3 days per week for at least 3 months.
