About the Role This role will lead the development of Epic Kids Inc.'s long-term growth strategy, with a primary focus on expanding and scaling our U.S. market presence. You will leverage data, market insights, and advanced analytics to evaluate customer economics and identify high-impact growth opportunities. Partnering closely with leadership, you'll translate complex analysis into clear strategic recommendations that guide key business decisions. Experience: 5-7 Years Bilingual Required: Yes (Mandarin & English) • The Role: You will be the architect of our expansion. Your job is to look at the big picture-data, market trends, and internal metrics-to tell us where to place our next big bets. • Key Responsibilities: • Develop and oversee long-term growth strategies for the US market. • Analyze customer acquisition costs (CAC) and Lifetime Value (LTV) across global segments. • Provide strategic recommendations to leadership based on complex data modeling. • Qualifications: • 5-7 years in growth strategy, management consulting, or high-growth tech. • Exceptional analytical skills and business acumen. Compensation: Total compensation ranges from $120,000 to $140,000 annually (including base salary and performance-based bonus), flexible depending on experience and fit.
