We’re looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Front Desk Receptionist to join our Rancho Cordova branch and support our growing operations. Job Summary: As the Front Desk Receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for clients, candidates, and visitors. This position plays a key role in creating a welcoming atmosphere while supporting administrative and recruiting operations. The role is based in Rancho Cordova, with occasional travel to our Roseville site as needed. Key Responsibilities: • Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and friendly manner. • Answer and direct phone calls to appropriate staff members; take accurate messages when necessary. • Manage front desk operations, including scheduling interviews, assisting with onboarding paperwork, and handling mail and deliveries. • Maintain a clean, organized, and professional reception area. • Support recruiters and managers with administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and preparing documentation. • Assist with office supply management and coordination between Rancho Cordova and Roseville when needed. Qualifications: • High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in office administration a plus. • Previous experience as a receptionist, front office assistant, or administrative support preferred (experience in a staffing agency is a plus). • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). • Excellent communication and customer service skills. • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively. • Professional, positive attitude and a strong sense of teamwork.
