Supervisory & Team Leadership (As the Team Grows) • Assist in hiring, onboarding, and training new inbound/outbound agents. • Provide daily coaching, side-by-side call support, and real-time feedback. • Monitor performance and conduct QA scoring to ensure adherence to standards. • Help develop team schedules, workflows, and operational processes. • Support BPO leadership in launching new campaigns, refining sales strategies, and implementing performance initiatives. • Serve as the point of escalation for agent support and complex customer situations. • Maintain strong performance across KPIs, KRIs, and team goals. Qualifications • 2–4+ years of sales experience (inbound/outbound, call center, BPO, or healthcare sales preferred). • Strong communication, persuasion, and customer relationship skills. • Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets. • Experience mentoring or supporting peers is a plus—leadership potential required. • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment. • Strong organizational skills to balance production duties with emerging leadership responsibilities. • Proficiency with CRM and call center platforms (or ability to learn rapidly). • High motivation for personal career growth and building a high-performance team culture. • Ability to pass the background check What We Offer • Clear, structured career path into leadership as the BPO division grows. • Opportunity to join a rapidly expanding healthcare and technology organization. • Hands-on coaching and development from senior leaders within Epic Health and Nuwell Management Group. • Competitive compensation + future leadership bonus opportunities. • Collaborative, supportive onsite environment at our Southfield headquarters.
