Job Title: PATH Program Owner Department: Specialized Operations (Spec Ops) Reports To: Head of Specialized Operations / Executive Leadership Employment Type: Full-Time Travel Requirement: Moderate (as needed for launches and implementation) Position Overview The PATH Program Owner serves as the Head of PATH development for the organization’s PATH programs: • Balance • Relief • Mind • Her This role owns the full lifecycle of each PATH program — from development and launch to operational stabilization and scalable growth. The PATH Program Owner is responsible for: • Product development • Operational workflow architecture • Launch execution • MSO shared services integration • Cross-functional coordination • Program optimization and performance This individual ensures each PATH program is operationally viable, financially sound, scalable, and fully aligned with the 808 and MSO frameworks. Core Responsibilities 1. Product Development & Program Architecture • Design and define each PATH program structure • Build scalable service delivery models • Develop operational playbooks and SOPs • Define pricing logic and operational feasibility • Align program design with organizational growth strategy 2. Program Launch & Go-Live Execution • Lead end-to-end program build-out • Establish workflow architecture • Coordinate pilot programs and MVP testing • Drive go-live readiness across sites • Ensure operational stability before scale 3. Operational Workflow Ownership • Design detailed intake, service delivery, documentation, and reporting workflows • Ensure alignment with 808 standards • Integrate clinical and non-clinical operations • Identify friction points and streamline processes • Create measurable workflow checkpoints 4. MSO Shared Services Integration • Identify required MSO support: • Billing • Marketing • HR • Finance • Compliance • IT • Coordinate implementation of shared services • Define service-level expectations • Ensure seamless integration into PATH workflows 5. Cross-Functional Leadership • Partner with: • Spec Ops • LAM Leadership • Clinical Leaders • Marketing • Finance • Manage interdependencies across departments • Drive clarity in ownership and accountability 6.
