Assist in implementing HR programs, support employee relations, talent management, and data management, and contribute to HR projects.
Currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources or related field, with strong communication, organizational, and technical skills.
Position Overview: The HR Business Partner (HRBP) intern will support the HR team in aligning the organization's people strategies with its business goals. This role provides an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in human resources and understand the inner workings of the HRBP function. Key Responsibilities: Support HR Initiatives: Assist in the implementation of HR programs and initiatives that align with the company's strategic goals. Employee Relations: Help address employee relations queries and provide support in resolving conflicts. Talent Management: Assist in talent acquisition, onboarding, and development processes. Performance Management: Support the performance review process and help develop appropriate corrective action documents. HR Data Management: Assist in maintaining and updating employee records and databases. Compliance: Ensure compliance with HR policies and procedures. Project Support: Contribute to HRBP projects and initiatives, providing research, creating resources/trainings, and administrative support. Skills and Qualifications: Education: Currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills. Interpersonal Skills: Ability to build relationships and work collaboratively with others. Analytical Skills: Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities. Organizational Skills: Excellent organizational and time management skills. Confidentiality: Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion. Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
