The Corporate Counsel, Associate will support Employment & HR Legal Support on a wide variety of legal situations by dealing with complex matters with multiple stakeholder What you'll be doing Serve as the primary legal partner to Americas Human Resources department on day-to-day employment matters, compensation and workforce initiatives. Provide practical, business-oriented counseling on employee relations issues, performance management, investigations, disciplinary actions, leaves and accommodations, and separations. Draft, review, and advise on employment-related documents, policies, and templates (e.g., offer letters, employment agreements, confidentiality/IP agreements, handbook policies, workplace standards). Maintain current knowledge of changes in employment-related laws and regulations; translate legal requirements into practical guidance and scalable processes. Draft, review, and negotiate a variety of commercial agreements, with emphasis on procurement, strategic partnership and go-to-market needs. Develop hands-on working relationships with business partners at all levels to ensure strong collaboration and efficient outcomes. Act as a trusted legal advisor to internal stakeholders across a range of matters, balancing legal risk with business priorities. Comply with internal legal department tracking and documentation requirements, as well as all corporate policies. Support special projects and other duties, as assigned.
