Project Manager – Oil & Gas Pipeline (Senior Level) Location: Royal Oak, MI Contract Length: 4 Years Schedule: On-site / Full-Time Project Scope: 24” Pipeline Project Overview We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Project Manager to lead a long-term oil & gas pipeline project in Royal Oak, Michigan. This individual will play a critical role in kicking off the project, establishing execution structure, and providing senior-level oversight throughout the lifecycle. The ideal candidate brings deep pipeline experience and the leadership presence to support this project as well as future work. Key Responsibilities • Lead project initiation, planning, and execution for a large-diameter (24”) pipeline project • Provide senior-level oversight across engineering, construction, scheduling, and cost controls • Manage Right of Way (ROW) coordination, including access, landowner coordination, and issue resolution • Oversee and manage subcontractors, ensuring scope alignment, performance, and schedule adherence • Serve as a stabilizing presence during early project phases and help set execution standards • Coordinate with owners, contractors, inspectors, and regulatory stakeholders • Manage project budgets, schedules, risk, and change management • Support and mentor site-level project and construction management personnel • Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and regulatory requirements • Report project progress, risks, and performance to senior leadership Required Qualifications • Extensive experience as a Project Manager on oil & gas pipeline projects • Proven background managing large-scale pipeline construction from kickoff through completion • Demonstrated experience with Right of Way management and field coordination • Strong background managing multiple subcontractors and construction scopes • Strong leadership skills with the ability to “shore up” project execution early • Experience working with owners, contractors, and multi-discipline teams • Strong understanding of pipeline construction methods, sequencing, and regulatory requirements • Ability to operate at a senior/strategic level while remaining hands-on as needed
