Our Next Generation Marketing team operates with the agility of a startup while benefiting from EPAM's expansive global presence. As a Senior Marketing Technology Solutions Leader, you will spearhead client engagements aimed at enhancing marketing technology frameworks and operational models. This role is perfect for a marketing technology expert who appreciates the crucial relationships between platforms, data, and human teams. Your passion for forging strong client partnerships to drive transformational change will be essential for your success. In this role, you will serve as a trusted advisor, guiding clients in designing and implementing contemporary MarTech stacks while ensuring alignment between marketing strategies and scalable practices that foster the growth of the practice. Some travel may be necessary (approximately one week per quarter). Responsibilities • Lead marketing technology and operations initiatives, acting as a trusted advisor to clients. • Develop comprehensive MarTech strategies emphasizing ecosystem design, activation, and optimization. • Consult with clients on integrating platforms such as Salesforce Marketing Cloud, CDPs, DAM/PIM, CMS, analytics, and enterprise systems to achieve marketing objectives. • Utilize EPAM's expertise in custom software, data, and product development to propose and deliver innovative marketing technology solutions. • Build and cultivate strong relationships with senior client stakeholders while identifying opportunities for enhanced collaboration. • Recruit, mentor, and develop a high-performing team of marketing technology consultants. Requirements • 10+ years of experience in marketing technology, marketing operations, or digital/omnichannel marketing strategy. • Thorough understanding of the MarTech ecosystem, particularly Salesforce Marketing Cloud and associated platforms. • Expertise in linking marketing strategies to technology solutions, focusing less on development or IT. • Demonstrated success in providing client-facing, consultative solutions. • Exceptional communication, stakeholder management, and leadership abilities. • Able to excel in dynamic, fast-paced environments. Nice to have • Experience with additional marketing platforms (e.g., Adobe, Braze, SAP). • Familiarity with data strategies, customer profiling, and segmentation. • Understanding of AI applications in marketing. • Experience in establishing or expanding new practices or capabilities.
