Market Research: Identifying potential acquisition targets and compiling prospect lists. Deal Execution: Assisting with due diligence and supporting transactions in later stages. Collaboration: Engaging with team members to understand and participate in deal flow. Qualifications & Desired Skills Currently enrolled in a BA/BS program; preference given to rising juniors and seniors Excellent written and verbal communication skills Strong client‑service orientation and interpersonal skills Ability to maintain strict confidentiality and handle sensitive information appropriately High level of accuracy and strong attention to detail Ability to manage multiple responsibilities and meet competing deadlines Professional demeanor and strong sense of accountability
