About the Role We are seeking an experienced and passionate Clinical Trainer & Support Specialist to join our expanding U.S. team. In this role, you will lead hospital onboarding, clinical education, and ongoing user support for ENvue customers nationwide. You will work closely with nurses, dietitians, and other clinical teams to ensure seamless adoption and confident, accurate use of the ENvue system. This is a front-line, impact-driven position that plays a critical role in ENvue’s national growth strategy. You’ll be a trusted clinical ambassador of ENvue to our hospital partners. Key Responsibilities • Deliver high-quality onboarding and clinical training programs for ENvue users - both remotely and on-site. • Provide ongoing clinical and technical support to ensure confidence, accuracy, and optimized workflows. • Coach and mentor users to maintain consistently high placement quality. • Support the commercial team with clinical demonstrations and hospital evaluations. • Collaborate with internal teams to develop training materials, e-learning modules, and other education tools. • Identify user needs and provide structured feedback to drive product and usability improvements. • Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure an exceptional customer and clinical experience. Qualifications & Experience • Bachelor’s degree in Nursing, Health Sciences, Applied Sciences, or a related field. • 1+ years of experience in clinical training or medical education. • Familiarity with enteral feeding or navigation technology is preferred. • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage confidently with clinicians. • Willingness to travel up to 60% across the U.S. . • U.S. citizen or permanent resident; valid driver’s license and passport. • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and email/calendar platforms; CRM familiarity is an asset. • Self-starter with excellent organizational skills and the ability to work independently in a structured growth environment.
