Full Description

We're a full‑service digital agency built for "marketing at the speed of opportunity." We are strategy, creative, media, and technology working as one to help clients seize what's now - and create what's next. Our values guide how we work and who thrives here: Supportive, Proactive, Impactful, Curious, Engaged. We're adding a Media Operation Coordinator to our team. This is not an entry‑level support seat, it's a launchpad into media operations. You'll be the connective tissue between media plans and flawless execution across channels. You'll partner with our Media Director and channel leads to launch accurately, QA rigorously, and reconcile cleanly. This role is for someone who wants to see how media strategy becomes real in execution - across ad servers, paid social/search, and omnichannel architecture, while shipping work for ambitious brands in categories like tourism, fintech, and consumer. What you'll own: • Translate media plans/RFPs/vendor specs into trafficking‑ready spec sheets and clear requirements • Manage creative intake and alignment to trafficking documentation and naming conventions • Build campaigns, placements, creatives, and tracking in Campaign Manager 360; generate and QA ad tags • Coordinate implementation with vendors/partners; verify flights, budgets, rotations, and schedules • Conduct pre‑flight and in‑flight QA across devices/browsers; validate Floodlight/pixels and UTMs • Pull spend/delivery from Strata and CM360; support weekly pacing, EOM reconciliation, and variance resolution What success looks like: 30 days: Ramp on company process, tool access, QA checklists; independently traffic simple campaigns; <2% trafficking errors • 90 days: Own end‑to‑end trafficking for multi‑placement campaigns; implement cross‑device QA; maintain naming/UTM governance; launch SLA met for 95% of campaigns12 months: Serve as the operational backbone for omnichannel launches; maintain reconciliation variance <1%; propose process improvements that reduce launch time or error rate by 10%+ You'll thrive here if you: • Are early career (1-2 years) in marketing/advertising/analytics • Love structured, detail‑heavy workstreams; live by checklists and documentation • Ask crisp questions early; juggle multiple deadlines without losing precision • Are comfortable in spreadsheets (lookups, pivots, QA formulas) and learning new platforms quickly • Want to grow into media planning, buying, analytics, or operations leadership Nice to have: • Hands‑on exposure to CM360/DV360/Meta/Google Ads/Strata • Experience with pixel / Floodlight QA, brand safety lists, and asset/version control • Certifications, student org leadership, side projects, or process builds that show initiative Perks, Salary & Benefits: The salary range for this position is $45,000.00 - $60,000.00. This is a good-faith estimate of the base pay scale for this position and any potential offers will ultimately be determined based on experience, education, skill set, and performance in the interview process. Our benefits include: • A hybrid office model, working from our downtown Chicago office 1-2x/week • A minimum of 20 days off yearly + 12 company holidays + summer hours • Medical, Dental, Vision, Life & Disability Insurance • Employer-matched 401k • Transit benefits, corporate discount programs, free fitness center membership • Career pathing, dedicated budget towards opportunities for professional growth • A culture focused on collaboration, curiosity & support, with regular events, volunteerism, and an employee-led recognition program Due to the high volume of applicants, we are not currently accepting phone calls about employment opportunities or application status.
