Role Overview: The Assistant Director of IPS Employment Services plays a critical role in overseeing and advancing our Individual Placement and Support (IPS) employment programs. This position is designed to support individuals with disabilities in achieving meaningful employment outcomes through evidence-based practices and collaborative leadership. What You'll Do: - You will lead and manage the IPS Employment Services team to ensure high-quality service delivery. - You will develop and implement strategies to improve employment outcomes for clients. - You will collaborate with community partners, employers, and stakeholders to expand job opportunities. - You will oversee program compliance with state and federal regulations. - You will analyze program data to monitor performance and identify areas for improvement. - You will provide training and support to staff to enhance their skills and knowledge. - You will participate in budget planning and resource allocation for the employment services department. - You will advocate for clients’ needs and promote inclusive employment practices. What You Bring: - Minimum of 5 years of experience in employment services or related fields, preferably with IPS model experience. - Strong leadership and team management skills. - Knowledge of disability services and employment support systems. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Ability to analyze data and use it to drive program improvements. - Familiarity with compliance requirements and funding sources related to employment services. Bonus Points If You Have: - Certification in IPS Employment Specialist or related credentials. - Experience working with diverse populations and community organizations. - Background in grant writing and program development. - Proficiency with data management software and reporting tools.
