Role Overview: The Assistant Director of IPS Employment Services plays a critical role in overseeing and enhancing our employment programs designed to empower individuals with disabilities. This leadership position focuses on ensuring the delivery of high-quality, evidence-based employment services that promote independence and community integration. What You'll Do: - You will assist in managing the day-to-day operations of the IPS Employment Services program. - You will support the development and implementation of employment strategies tailored to individual client needs. - You will collaborate with community partners, employers, and stakeholders to expand employment opportunities. - You will oversee staff training and professional development to maintain high service standards. - You will monitor program outcomes and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements. - You will contribute to grant writing and funding initiatives to support program growth. - You will advocate for clients’ rights and work to remove barriers to employment. - You will participate in strategic planning to align services with organizational goals. What You Bring: - You have a minimum of 5 years of experience in employment services or related fields. - You possess strong knowledge of IPS (Individual Placement and Support) model and employment best practices. - You have proven leadership skills with experience managing teams. - You demonstrate excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - You are proficient in program evaluation and data analysis. - You hold a relevant bachelor’s degree; a master’s degree is preferred. Bonus Points If You Have: - Experience working with individuals with disabilities. - Familiarity with grant writing and funding processes. - Knowledge of local labor market and employer networks. - Certification in vocational rehabilitation or related credentials.
