Role Overview: The Assistant Director of IPS Employment Services plays a critical role in supporting the leadership team to deliver high-quality employment services that empower individuals with disabilities to achieve meaningful employment. This role involves overseeing program operations, ensuring compliance with standards, and fostering partnerships to enhance service delivery. What You'll Do: - You will assist in managing daily operations of the IPS Employment Services program to ensure effective service delivery. - You will support the development and implementation of employment strategies tailored to individuals’ needs. - You will collaborate with community partners, employers, and stakeholders to expand employment opportunities. - You will oversee staff training and development to maintain high standards of service. - You will monitor program performance and prepare reports to ensure compliance with funding and regulatory requirements. - You will contribute to continuous quality improvement initiatives within the program. - You will assist in budget management and resource allocation to optimize program efficiency. What You Bring: - You have a minimum of 5 years of experience in employment services or related fields, preferably with individuals with disabilities. - You possess strong leadership and team management skills. - You have excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. - You are knowledgeable about IPS (Individual Placement and Support) model and employment best practices. - You have experience with program compliance, reporting, and quality improvement. Bonus Points If You Have: - Experience working in a nonprofit or social services environment. - Familiarity with funding sources and grant management. - Certification or training in vocational rehabilitation or related disciplines. - Bilingual abilities or experience working with diverse populations.
