Role Overview: The Assistant Director of IPS Employment Services plays a critical role in supporting the leadership team to deliver high-quality employment services that empower individuals with disabilities to achieve meaningful employment. This role focuses on program development, staff supervision, and ensuring compliance with regulatory standards to enhance service delivery and outcomes. What You'll Do: - You will assist in managing daily operations of the IPS Employment Services program. - You will supervise and support employment specialists and other staff to ensure effective service delivery. - You will collaborate with community partners and employers to expand employment opportunities. - You will monitor program performance and prepare reports to meet funding and regulatory requirements. - You will contribute to the development and implementation of program policies and procedures. - You will participate in staff training and professional development initiatives. - You will ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and organizational standards. - You will support strategic planning efforts to enhance program growth and sustainability. What You Bring: - You have at least 5 years of experience in employment services or related fields, preferably with individuals with disabilities. - You possess strong leadership and team management skills. - You have excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. - You are knowledgeable about IPS (Individual Placement and Support) model and employment best practices. - You have experience with program compliance and reporting requirements. - You are proficient in data management and performance tracking tools. Bonus Points If You Have: - Experience working in a nonprofit or social services environment. - Familiarity with state and federal disability employment regulations. - Certification in vocational rehabilitation or related fields. - Bilingual skills or experience working with diverse populations.
