Role Overview: The Assistant Director of IPS Employment Services plays a critical role in supporting the leadership and operational management of our employment services program. This position is designed to enhance the delivery of evidence-based employment support, ensuring individuals with disabilities achieve meaningful and sustainable employment outcomes. What You'll Do: - You will assist in managing day-to-day operations of the IPS Employment Services program. - You will support staff training and development to maintain high-quality service delivery. - You will collaborate with community partners and employers to expand employment opportunities. - You will monitor program performance and contribute to continuous quality improvement initiatives. - You will assist in budget management and resource allocation for the employment services. - You will ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and funding requirements. - You will participate in strategic planning to align program goals with organizational mission. - You will provide direct support and guidance to individuals seeking employment. What You Bring: - Minimum of 5 years of experience in employment services or related social services. - Strong knowledge of IPS (Individual Placement and Support) model and evidence-based employment practices. - Proven leadership and team management skills. - Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. - Experience with program evaluation and data-driven decision making. - Ability to work collaboratively with diverse stakeholders. Bonus Points If You Have: - Experience working with individuals with disabilities. - Background in nonprofit management or social services administration. - Familiarity with funding sources and grant management. - Certification or training in vocational rehabilitation or related fields.
