The Teammate Relations Manager leads the Teammate Relations Advisor team on matters related to remedial performance management, disciplinary action, and termination decisions. They Support high-level reporting and project needs, assist the Workplace Investigators as back and support the Director of Teammate Relations with team training. The Teammate Relations Advisor is the partner to senior and executive leaders for all Teammate Relations issues and they guide decisions based on a skilled assessment of risk and with teammate engagement and the company values in mind.
