Position: Cloud Artificial Intelligence Security Lead Location: 100% Remote – EST/CST Time Zones Employment Type: Contract-to-Hire Job Purpose Arbitration Forums is seeking a Cloud Artificial Intelligence Security Lead to lead the development, implementation, and operationalization of an AI Security Framework supporting cloud-based AI, Machine Learning, and Generative AI solutions. This position will establish security-by-design practices across the complete AI/ML lifecycle, from data collection and preparation through model development, training, testing, deployment, inference, monitoring, and retirement. The ideal candidate will have demonstrated hands-on experience building or implementing AI Security Frameworks, translating security requirements into technical controls, and applying those controls to real-world AI/ML and LLM/GenAI solutions. This is not primarily a general cloud security role. Candidates should be able to demonstrate practical AI/LLM security experience and explain what they personally designed, implemented, configured, tested, investigated, and remediated. The AI Security Lead will work closely with Data Governance, Data Science, ML Engineering, GenAI, MLOps, QA, Compliance, Privacy, Enterprise Risk Management, and Cybersecurity teams. Required Qualifications • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Statistics, Econometrics, Cybersecurity, or related field; equivalent professional experience may be considered. • 10+ years of hands-on cybersecurity or information security experience. • Demonstrated experience developing, implementing, or operationalizing an AI Security Framework. • Strong hands-on experience securing AI/ML and/or GenAI environments. • Strong understanding of AI/ML security architecture and secure-by-design principles. • Strong understanding of the Machine Learning lifecycle and MLOps. • Practical understanding of LLM and GenAI security risks. • Experience addressing threats such as prompt injection, data poisoning, model theft, and data leakage. • Experience with AI security testing, threat modeling, vulnerability assessment, and/or penetration testing. • 4+ years of experience with NLP and Large Language Models (LLMs) preferred. • 4+ years of experience working with Microsoft Azure cloud environments. • Experience with Azure AI services and cloud-based AI/ML solutions. • Experience with data cataloging, data classification, lineage, and data governance practices. • Understanding of AI/ML technologies including machine learning, deep learning, NLP, and computer vision. • Experience implementing security controls for AI/ML solutions. • Familiarity with AI/ML development and testing technologies such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Keras. • Ability to work directly with Data Science, ML Engineering, GenAI, and MLOps teams. • Understanding of privacy, compliance, Responsible AI, and AI governance considerations.
