Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Salesperson located in Burtonsville, Maryland. The Salesperson will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new sales opportunities, building and maintaining strong client relationships, and achieving sales targets. The role involves conducting market research, generating leads, following up with prospects, presenting products and services to potential clients, and negotiating contracts. Additionally, the Salesperson will collaborate with the internal team to provide excellent customer service and ensure client satisfaction. Qualifications • Strong skills in verbal and written communication, persuasion, and relationship building • Proven ability in sales strategy development, lead generation, and closing deals • Experience in market research, customer needs analysis, and business development • Proficiency in using CRM software, sales tools, and basic office applications • Ability to work independently while effectively contributing to a team environment • Demonstrated organizational, time management, and problem-solving skills • Previous sales experience in a related industry is preferred • High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is advantageous
