Job Title: Janitor / Custodian About the Role: Location: Oakland, CA Job Type: Part Time Hours: 14 hours/week Pay: $19.00/hr Days: Monday, Wednesday and Friday Start Time: After 6pm (Night Only) We’re looking for a reliable and hardworking Commercial Janitor / Custodian to join our team and help maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for our clients and staff. You’ll be responsible for cleaning and maintaining commercial spaces such as offices, medical buildings, or industrial sites. Responsibilities: • Sweep, mop, and vacuum floors • Clean restrooms, break rooms, and common areas • Empty trash and recycling bins • Dust furniture, windows, and surfaces • Restock supplies like soap, paper towels, and toilet paper • Report any maintenance issues or damages • Follow safety procedures and use cleaning chemicals properly Requirements: • Prior janitorial or cleaning experience preferred (but not required) • Ability to lift a minimum of 25 lbs (or more) and perform physical tasks • Strong attention to detail • Ability to work independently or as part of a team • Reliable transportation and punctuality • Valid Driver License Benefits (if applicable): • Weekly pay • Health insurance • Paid time off • Flexible scheduling • Opportunities for advancement Why Work With Us?
