Job description Job Title: Founding Growth Partner (Venture Studio) Location: Remote (USA Preferred) Comp: 5% Total Studio Equity (Co-founder Level) About Entrext Entrext is a product venture space where micro-Al and macro-SaaS ideas come to life. Each product is built in partnership with foundational operators who hold real equity, turning builders into owners and creating a platform for futurepreneurs to launch, scale, and lead Al-powered businesses. The Mission: 200-250 Product-Ships in 2026 As being the founder of entrext, We have a team of 12+ builders shipping micro-Saas at lightspeed. We have the "Engine" running with products like Secretroom and Payshot; now I am looking for the Architect of Distribution to be our Founding Growth Partner. This is NOT a "Content Creator" Role. We are looking for a Growth Strategist to build the machine that makes our portfolio of 200 apps go viral. The Blueprint: • Architect the System: You will lead the high-level strategy for how we penetrate the US market for every app we launch. • Recruit & Manage: You will build and lead a "fleet" of part-time creators (on a rev-share model) to document our products. • Vibe Control: You ensure our brand stays raw and authentic—inspired by the "Marc Lou" build-in-public movement. • Portfolio Strategy: You decide which apps get the most "push" based on early traction and market fit. The Partner Deal: • 5% Equity in the Entire Studio: This isn't equity in one app. You own 5% of the entire factory. You get a piece of every exit, success, and acquisition across 200+ products. • Full Autonomy: You are the CEO of Growth. You set the rules, hire the people, and build the distribution engine from scratch. • Backing of a Full Dev Team: You focus on growth; we handle 100% of the tech and shipping. Who You Are: • You are an entrepreneur who understands that Distribution > Product. • You are a systems thinker who can manage multiple moving parts and people. • You want to own a piece of a massive SaaS ecosystem rather than betting your career on just one idea.
