The Strategic Program Manager serves as the structural accelerator for Service Performance Management and ensures enterprise initiatives translate into disciplined, measurable results. Successful candidates will demonstrate: • Strong executive presence and credibility • Structured, systems-oriented thinking • Comfort challenging senior stakeholders constructively • High accountability for initiative outcomes • Ability to manage complexity across multiple workstreams • Relentless focus on execution discipline Compensation & Benefits This role offers a competitive base salary aligned to experience and scope. Where applicable, employees may be eligible to participate in performance-based incentive programs aligned to organizational and individual results. We offer a comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, and vision coverage, 401(k), paid time off, and additional benefits designed to support our employees’ well-being.
