What You Bring: - Minimum of 5 years of experience in IT service administration or a related field. - Strong understanding of IT service management frameworks such as ITIL. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to manage client relationships. - Proficiency with service management tools and software. - Ability to analyze data and generate actionable insights. - Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Bonus Points If You Have: - ITIL certification or equivalent. - Experience working in a managed services environment. - Familiarity with cloud services and infrastructure. - Project management experience or certification.
