Role Overview: As a Sr. Service Administrator, you will play a critical role in managing and optimizing service delivery processes to ensure exceptional client satisfaction and operational efficiency. What You'll Do: - You will oversee the administration of service delivery processes, ensuring timely and accurate execution. - You will coordinate with internal teams and clients to manage service requests and resolve issues promptly. - You will maintain detailed documentation of service activities, workflows, and client communications. - You will analyze service performance data to identify trends and recommend improvements. - You will support the implementation of new service management tools and processes. - You will assist in training and mentoring junior service administrators and support staff. - You will ensure compliance with company policies and industry standards in all service operations. - You will participate in client meetings to provide updates and gather feedback on service delivery. What You Bring: - Minimum of 5 years experience in service administration or a related IT service management role. - Strong knowledge of IT service management frameworks such as ITIL. - Proficiency with service management software and tools (e.g., ServiceNow, Jira). - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively liaise with clients and internal teams. - Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines. - Detail-oriented mindset with a focus on accuracy and process improvement. Bonus Points If You Have: - Experience working in a Managed Services Provider (MSP) environment. - Certifications such as ITIL Foundation or ServiceNow Administrator. - Familiarity with cloud services and infrastructure management. - Experience in training or mentoring team members.
