What You Bring: - You have 5+ years of experience in IT service management or a related field. - You possess strong knowledge of ITIL frameworks and best practices. - You have excellent communication and interpersonal skills to manage client relationships effectively. - You are proficient in using service management tools such as ServiceNow or similar platforms. - You demonstrate strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail. - You have experience working in a fast-paced, client-focused environment. Bonus Points If You Have: - ITIL v3 or v4 certification. - Experience with project management methodologies like Agile or Scrum. - Familiarity with cloud services and infrastructure management. - Previous experience in a senior service administration or leadership role.
