Business Development Director – New York City, NY EnterpriseAlumni isn't your average software company. We are seeking a dynamic and data driven Business Development Executive to lead the growth for our suite of products in the U.S market. Based in New York City, this role will focus on profiling, selling and scaling the solution across our target market. The candidate will have a track record on delivering exceptional results, with the ability to leverage internal stakeholders to lead the complete sales cycle, demonstrating their personable, technical and commercial ability within SaaS Enterprise Sales. This is an individual contributor role. Key Responsibilities: • Market o Proficient in the ability to identify, research and qualify target accounts across our target market. o Develop relationships, market insights, engagement trends and prospect pain points. • Enterprise Business Development and Business Growth o Lead the full sales cycle, from prospecting, pitching through to commercial negotiation and close with a clear understanding of local compliance and contract law. o Consistently achieve and exceed targets for net new customer acquisition and whitespace opportunity. o Collaborate with Customer Success and Product teams to ensure smooth onboarding and product adoption. o Build trusted relationships with C-suite Level stakeholders and wider exec engagement. • Brand Presence o Represent EnterpriseAlumni at industry conferences, events and networking forums across the US. o Develop relationships with the wider market, consultants, associates and advocates. Qualifications & Experience • 10-years’ experience in Enterprise SaaS sales or relevant technology platforms. • Proven ability to close large, complex enterprise SaaS deals in excess of $250,000 ARR. • Experience and case studies for selling into large scale, enterprise businesses within Corporate HR, Relations, Marketing or Talent functions. • Strong understanding of the target market, landscape & opportunity. • Entrepreneurial mindset, solution-based outcomes and ability to work in a scale-up environment.
