Who we’re Seeking We are seeking a Business Development Consultant with staffing industry experience to work 100% remote. Check Out Our Must Haves • Healthcare Staffing: Prior experience in recruitment or sales roles, preferably in a service-oriented industry • Experience: Experience in selling services or products, preferably in a business-to-business context • Goal Oriented: Demonstrated track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets and bringing in new business • Education: College degree preferred but not required • Remote: Demonstrated ability to work efficiently in a fully remote work setting is preferred • Systems: Experience working in a database (CRM, applicant tracking system, etc.) and solid computer skills (MS Outlook, Teams, Word and Excel) • Locations: Enterprise Medical Recruiting staff must reside in one of the following states CO, GA, FL, KY, MA, MO, MS, NH, TX Your Day to Day Business Development Responsibilities • Meet assigned production goals • Identify, engage and close new and ongoing search business • Develop strategic business alliances through organizations and partners • Build new business through electronic and phone outreach • Negotiate contract terms • Maintain data integrity in the CRM system About Us We are Enterprise Medical Recruiting (privately held permanent healthcare staffing company founded in 1990) and Alliance Recruiting Resources (privately held locums healthcare staffing company founded in 2001).
