Role Overview: As a Senior IT Project Manager at EHCG, you will lead complex IT projects from initiation through completion, ensuring timely delivery, budget adherence, and alignment with strategic goals. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to drive project success and continuous improvement. What You'll Do: - You will manage the full project lifecycle, including planning, execution, monitoring, and closure. - You will coordinate with technical teams, clients, and vendors to ensure project requirements are met. - You will develop and maintain detailed project documentation, schedules, and reports. - You will identify and mitigate project risks and issues proactively. - You will lead project status meetings and communicate progress to stakeholders. - You will ensure compliance with organizational policies and industry standards. - You will mentor junior project managers and contribute to process improvements. What You Bring: - Minimum of 7 years of experience managing IT projects in a consulting or government contracting environment. - Proven expertise in project management methodologies such as Agile and Waterfall. - Strong knowledge of IT infrastructure, software development, and cybersecurity principles. - Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills. - PMP or equivalent project management certification is required. Bonus Points If You Have: - Experience working with Department of Defense or NASA projects. - Familiarity with federal acquisition regulations and compliance. - Advanced certifications such as PgMP or Agile Certified Practitioner (PMI-ACP). - Experience with project management tools like MS Project, JIRA, or Trello.
