Role Overview: As a Senior IT Project Manager at EHCG, you will lead complex IT projects from initiation through completion, ensuring timely delivery within scope and budget. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to drive project success and support our clients' strategic objectives. What You'll Do: - You will manage multiple IT projects simultaneously, ensuring adherence to project timelines and budgets. - You will develop detailed project plans, including scope, schedule, resources, and risk management. - You will coordinate with technical teams, clients, and vendors to facilitate communication and resolve issues. - You will monitor project progress and prepare regular status reports for stakeholders. - You will identify and mitigate project risks and implement corrective actions as needed. - You will lead project meetings and ensure alignment among all project participants. - You will mentor junior project managers and contribute to process improvements. What You Bring: - You have at least 7 years of experience managing IT projects, preferably in government or defense sectors. - You possess strong knowledge of project management methodologies such as PMP or Agile. - You have excellent communication and leadership skills to manage diverse teams. - You are proficient with project management tools like MS Project, JIRA, or similar. - You hold a Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field. Bonus Points If You Have: - PMP or Agile certification. - Experience working with federal government clients such as the Navy, Army, or NASA. - Familiarity with cybersecurity standards and compliance requirements. - Experience mentoring and developing project management teams.
