Job Description Enterprise Horizon is seeking an experienced SAP Data Analyst focused on BW/4HANA. You’ll play a critical role in shaping how our client captures, structures, and leverages enterprise data across logistics, finance, and acquisition domains. This role blends technical depth with mission-driven analytics, supporting decision-makers across our client’s enterprise. Key Responsibilities • Design, develop, and maintain BW/4HANA data models, InfoProviders, CompositeProviders, and ADSOs aligned with client S/4HANA architecture. • Collaborate with functional teams to translate business requirements into scalable reporting solutions. • Build and optimize CDS views, OData services, and data extraction logic from S/4HANA core modules. • Support data migration, data quality validation, and reporting readiness for client deployments. • Develop dashboards and analytics using SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC) or embedded BW tools. • Ensure compliance with DoD data governance, RMF, and auditability standards. • Participate in Agile sprints, backlog grooming, and DevSecOps workflows. • Experience with best practices to determine if an analytic process should run in S/4HANA (Real-time operational reporting on transactional data) vs BW/4HANA (Requirements that integrate SAP and non-SAP sources and/or analytics that require historical data, complex transformations, or data harmonization). • Bachelors or equivalent substitution (Associates + 2 years' experience; High School Diploma + 4 years' experience; or relevant professional certification) • Active Secret Clearance preferred • 5+ years of SAP data analytics experience, including 2+ years with BW/4HANA • Proficiency in S/4HANA data structures, CDS views, and ABAP-based data extraction • Experience with SAP BW Query Designer, Eclipse, and SAP HANA Studio • Familiarity with DoD data governance, FISMA, and RMF frameworks • Strong communication skills and ability to present insights to technical and executive audiences Preferred Skills • Hands-on with SAP Analytics Cloud, Fiori reporting, or Power BI integration • Knowledge of federal financial and logistics data structures (e.g., STARS-FL, DAI, DPAS) • Experience with Git, Jira, and CI/CD pipelines Benefits We offer full-time salaried employees competitive salaries with a range of benefits, including: • Medical, Dental, & Vision • Life Insurance, Short-term Disability, Long-term Disability • SIMPLE IRA with Company Match • Federal Holidays • Vacation & Sick Leave $500 Referral Bonus If this position is not a perfect fit for you, but you know someone who would be a great match, please refer them to us via our Candidate Referral Program by going to: www.enterprisehorizon.com/candidatereferrals.
