About the position Responsibilities • Manage forecasting and monitor results for assigned Support Services teams • Provide support and recommendations on Group financial performance to the Senior Vice President/General Manager and AVP Business Administration • Ensure compliance with policies, procedures and Federal/State/local laws • Propose ideas to the Group on business opportunities and risks as they relate to the financial performance of the Group • Provide input in the formulations of Group policies and procedures, coordinating their implementation, and evaluating compliance • Properly safeguard company assets/financial information • Assess department business risks and implement controls to minimize impact by balancing the benefits and costs of the respective controls • Monitor and provide guidance in regard to compensation adjustments, performance reviews, various procedures and directing individuals to Human Resources when appropriate • Provide guidance on Business Practices by ensuring policies, procedures and founding values are understood and followed • Coordinate with appropriate individuals to plan work/storage space, ensure computers and office equipment are functioning appropriately, and other work environment needs are addressed • Develop key relationships within Enterprise Mobility, outside partners and other professionals to enable successful identification, development and implementation of strategic solutions Requirements • Must live in the state of Missouri and in the St. Louis or surrounding area • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance required • 5+ years of Accounting or Financial Planning & Analysis experience required • Must be authorized to work in the United States and not require work authorization sponsorship by our company for this position now or in the future • Must be at least 18 years of age Nice-to-haves • Professional certification (e.g., CPA or CMA) preferred • 2+ years of Management, Supervisor or Lead experience preferred Benefits • Paid Time Off • Health, Dental, Vision insurance; Life Insurance; Prescription coverage (employees scheduled for 30+ hours) • Employee discounts on car rentals, car purchases and much more! • 401(k) retirement plan with company match and profit sharing • Educational Assistance (full time - 40+ hours only
