Job Description Summary Will assist in making website updates, removing and archiving older content from websites during annual audits, updating relevant documentation, managing content for SEO / best practices, and other duties as assigned by the Communications - Digital team of Enterprise Community Partners. This is a part-time position of about 10 hours per week. Job Description Responsibilities Monitor and manage assigned project and tasks including, but not limited to: Basic web content updates (spelling correction, word/phrase/paragraph updates), posting new items (news and grant/RFP opportunities) archiving blog and other content types, as appropriate, following annual audits. Update web content as directed in staging or production environments Serve as backup/emergency coverage for Digital/Web mailbox Communicate regularly with Digital team to ensure precision of work and request clarification on any unclear tasks Check content requests to make sure they adhere to Enterprise brand standards and follow best practices for online content Grade level, readability, keywords, SEO, etc. Flag for team any questions or concerns if content does not meet this standard Qualifications Drupal CMS publishing expertise Deep knowledge of web and SEO best practices Ability to quickly learn Enterprise’s custom CMS interface with minimal oversight Familiarity with Jira and Microsoft Outlook Familiarity with website analytics tools (i.e. Google Analytics) Familiarity with HTML, XML, and CSS. Strong project management, written, and verbal communication skills Salary Transparency You will be joining a team of talented professionals motivated by serving the community and addressing the need for affordable housing. Enterprise offers a comprehensive total rewards package for you and your family. The pay range for this position is $21.56 – $28.20. The salary range represents the low and high end of what may be paid for this position. It is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the pay range, and compensation decisions may be influenced by a variety of factors, including skills, qualifications, experience, and location.
