Position Summary The Company is seeking a strategic, creative, and technically proficient Senior Manager Social Media to take its channels and brands to the next level. This is an opportunity to lead the Company’s cross-platform social media, coach and develop a small creative/content/design team, and build the Company’s group of YouTube channels into a business in and of itself. Specific Responsibilities • Develop strategic plan, budget and revenue forecast for company-controlled YouTube channels. • Build and scale YouTube channels for the Company’s labels, particularly in the lofi and chill categories. • Oversee content strategy, scheduling, and posting, ensuring alignment with brand aesthetics. • Develop brand identity for each label and for music group itself, and execute brand-building campaigns across YouTube, TikTok, Instagram, and other social platforms. • Lead a small creative team, including design and content creation, to execute campaigns and produce engaging media. • Manage paid campaigns (Meta, Google Ads, YouTube Ads) with supervision and budget approval. • Monitor analytics and performance metrics, optimizing content for growth, engagement, and monetization. • Act as the primary point of contact for brand partnerships, collaborations, and licensing opportunities. • Work cross functionally with the founders, department heads, colleagues at all levels and with the company’s roster of composers. Qualifications • 5 or more years of experience in building and managing social media channels in music, consumer, wellness, tech or lifestyle sectors with measurable growth and engagement. • Demonstrated track record of building revenue generating YouTube channels. • Strong skills in content strategy and cross marketing across social media platforms especially YouTube, TikTok and Instagram. • Experience with paid social media campaigns and analytics (Meta, Google Ads, YouTube Ads). • Creative thinker with the ability to conceptualize viral or brand-building campaigns. • Strong leadership and team management skills; able to guide content creators and visual artists. • Understanding of brand-building and marketing principles, especially in music, wellness, or lifestyle sectors. • Experience with influencer marketing or co-branding strategies is a plus. • Experience in the music industry a plus. • Entrepreneurial with a high level of business acumen. • Ability to work independently and execute vision while aligning with overall brand goals. Compensation Competitive salary, incentive and benefits will be offered, commensurate with the role and the final hire’s experience. Depending on the job relevant knowledge, skills, abilities, experience, education, network and location of the final hire, the base salary is anticipated at an annual rate in the range of $100K to $125K.
