The Program Manager will lead highimpact quality and customer programs, aligning global Materials Quality Engineering priorities with supplier capability, operational requirements, and evolving customer expectations. This individual will accelerate quality improvement initiatives, reduce variability, strengthen supplier performance, and enhance the overall customer experience through structured, datadriven program management. Quality Program Improvement – Embedding the Voice of the Customer Lead crossfunctional quality improvement programs by partnering with R&D, Analytical, Sourcing, Operations, Supplier Management, and CustomerFacing teams to drive longterm quality excellence. Identify and close gaps between customer quality expectations, internal manufacturing standards, and supplier capabilities. Develop and maintain a global rawmaterial quality improvement framework focused on reducing variability and improving longterm supplier capability. Evaluate and mitigate risks associated with critical raw materials by coordinating with global MQE teams and suppliers. Lead proactive programs targeting quality robustness, defect prevention, and systemic improvement rather than reactive issue response. Create and maintain visual dashboards (e.g., Power BI) to monitor quality metrics, supplier performance, risk trends, and project effectiveness. Customer Experience & Audit Support Develop action plans aligned with customer expectations for raw materials, especially in support of advanced CMP applications. Serve as the regional expert on quality systems and documentation to support supplier management system audits. Act as the primary liaison between CustomerFacing Teams and MQE for audits, surveys, and customer requests. Attend customer audits (virtual or onsite) to ensure a unified, aligned voice across the organization. Coordinate crossfunctional resources to drive customerdriven program activities and ensure timely response. Maintain documentation, files, and deliverables associated with audits and customer programs. Identify systemic gaps, propose solutions, and lead corrective action implementation (CARs/OFIs) to closure following audits.
