Description: • Proactively identifying and developing new business opportunities • Driving product qualification and ramp management • Providing sustaining support to maintain and grow market share • Achieving revenue goals through strategic customer engagement and solution delivery • Interpret and communicate customer business and technology roadmaps to guide internal teams • Develop and execute strategic account plans to drive revenue growth, product adoption, and key technology engagements • Oversee customer projects and evaluations, ensuring successful outcomes • Build strong, collaborative relationships across all customer levels • Engage effectively with executive leadership, procurement, engineering, and process development teams • Maintain cross-functional alignment by communicating customer insights, opportunities, and market trends internally • Lead and coordinate with Product Management, Field Application Engineering, and Manufacturing to support new product introductions Requirements: • BS, technical background preferred (e.g.: BS, Mechanical Engineering, BS, Chemical Engineering) • MBA or business degree a plus to make the complex business decisions required for the organization • Prior experience of employment at a semiconductor IDM or process tool maker a plus • Experience of price negotiation/competition analysis, P&L knowledge as it applies to key account global management • Demonstrated success in collaborating within virtual/remote teams • Proven success in a technical, sales, marketing and/or field applications role • Thorough market knowledge of semiconductor manufacturing and services sector • Strong project management skills • Ability to effectively/persuasively present information and respond to questions • Ability to travel as needed to customers in North America Benefits: • Annual bonus eligibility • Progressive paid time off policy that empowers you to take the time you need to recharge • Generous 401(K) plan with an impressive employer match with no delayed vesting • Excellent health, dental and vision insurance packages to fit your needs • Education assistance to support your learning journey • A values-driven culture with colleagues that rally around People, Accountability, Creativity and Excellence
