Job Title: Systems Architect (SIGINT) Location: Remote (with 2 paid monthly visits to San Jose, CA) Duration: Permanent / Full-Time Clearance: Must have or be able to obtain a DoD Secret; ability to obtain and maintain a TS/SCI required Salary: $200,000 – $236,000 (based on candidate’s home cost of living, not San Jose) Relocation Assistance: Yes Benefits: Full About the Role We are seeking a highly experienced Systems Architect specializing in SIGINT to join our team supporting new mission-critical programs. The role is primarily remote, but requires two paid office visits to San Jose, CA each month. This is a unique opportunity to lead technical architecture efforts in signal intelligence and work with a diverse customer base in a high-impact environment. Key Responsibilities • Architect, design, and evaluate RF signal processing systems • Lead interdisciplinary teams in developing complex signal processing solutions • Model, simulate, and develop algorithms for SIGINT applications • Analyze and characterize SATCOM signals across L, C, and K bands • Perform system collection and communication signal analysis • Develop test criteria and validate designs • Collaborate across cross-functional engineering and customer teams • Evaluate and optimize signal processing algorithms • Document and present findings to stakeholders • Provide technical leadership and creative problem-solving solutions • Support fielding of complex systems in fast-paced development environments Required Qualifications!!!!! • Education: • MS in Electrical Engineering with 8+ years of relevant experience OR • BS in Electrical Engineering with 10+ years of relevant experience • Technical Expertise: • RF signal processing system design, modeling, and algorithm development • Experience in SATCOM and communication signal analysis • Proficiency with MATLAB or Python for algorithm development • Familiarity with DSP software development • Strong understanding of SIGINT, COMINT/DF, and EW marketplace • Leadership & Communication: • Proven ability to lead technical teams and manage projects independently • Excellent verbal/written communication and presentation skills • Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities • Other Requirements: • Active DoD Secret or TS/SCI clearance preferred at time of hire • Must be a U.S. Citizen (no dual citizenship, Green Card, or visa sponsorship) • Ability to obtain/maintain a TS/SCI clearance post-hire • Willingness to travel worldwide up to 20% Compensation & Work Details • Base Salary: $212,978 – $236,272 (varies by candidate’s home location) • Work Week: Monday – Friday, full-time • Overtime: Not eligible • Bonuses/Commission: Not eligible • Hiring ASAP – New program, ready to bring the right person on board.
