Location: Remote (U.S.-based) Employment Type: Full-time Reports To: Chief Executive Officer Shift and Schedule: Monday to Friday Company Overview: We are a fast-growing Healthcare Data Analytics SaaS company that empowers health systems, health plans, and accountable care organizations (ACOs) to make data-driven decisions that improve clinical, financial, and operational outcomes. Our platform provides real-time insights, population health analytics, risk stratification, and performance measurement capabilities that support value-based care and quality improvement initiatives. We are expanding our team and seeking a results-driven Sr. Business Development Director for each Eastern US Region and Western US Region to spearhead growth across key healthcare markets. Position Summary: As the Sr. Business Development Director, you will lead outbound and inbound sales efforts to drive new business with health systems, payers, and ACOs. This role requires a deep understanding of healthcare business models, value-based care, and how data analytics can support clinical and financial performance. You will own the full sales cycle—from lead generation and qualification to closing—working closely with marketing, product, and customer success teams. Key Responsibilities: • Identify and develop new business opportunities across the healthcare provider, payer, and ACO landscape. • Own the sales process end-to-end: prospecting, discovery, sales presentation development, solution presentations, proposal development, negotiations, and closing. • Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline through strategic outreach and relationship building. • Collaborate with marketing to refine messaging, campaigns, and lead generation efforts. • Provide market feedback to internal stakeholders (product, strategy) to inform product development and roadmap. • Stay current on healthcare trends, regulations, and value-based care initiatives to position our solutions effectively. • Attend industry conferences, webinars, and networking events to represent the company and build brand awareness. Qualifications: • 5+ years of experience in business development or enterprise SaaS sales, with at least 3 years in the healthcare market (e.g., selling to health systems, health plans, or ACOs). • Strong understanding of value-based care, population health, and health data analytics. • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in a consultative B2B environment. • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. • Ability to navigate complex healthcare organizations and sell to both clinical and non-clinical stakeholders. • Self-motivated, highly organized, and able to manage multiple deals simultaneously. • Familiarity with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot). Preferred Qualifications: • Existing network of contacts within health systems, payers, or ACOs. • Experience selling a healthcare SaaS or data platform. • Knowledge of healthcare data, interoperability standards (e.g., FHIR, HL7) or risk adjustment models (HCC, RAF) is a plus.
