Job Description Join Ensora Health as a Solutions Engineer and take ownership of the technical positioning for standard sales opportunities. You’ll deliver compelling demos, design tailored solutions, and validate technical requirements to ensure customer success. This role partners closely with Sales to uncover customer needs and align offerings to measurable business outcomes. What You’ll Do Provide technical support during pre- and post-sales activities to ensure smooth solution adoption. Collaborate with Sales and Engineering teams to deeply understand customer requirements. Conduct engaging product demonstrations and presentations tailored to client needs. Prepare detailed technical proposals and documentation that reinforce solution value. Stay current on industry trends and emerging technologies to maintain expertise. Ensure compliance with company policies and technical standards in all deliverables. Support the Sales team in achieving revenue and growth targets through technical excellence. What You Bring Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. 3+ years of experience in technical support, solutions engineering, or a similar role. Strong understanding of relevant technologies and industry best practices. Proven ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills for customer-facing interactions. Ability to work independently while thriving in cross-functional team environments. Adaptability and eagerness to learn new technologies quickly. Willingness to travel as needed to support client engagements.
