Job Description Job Description We are seeking a Senior SDET with deep expertise in test automation and AI-driven testing strategies. This role will lead automation efforts, mentor junior team members, and champion the use of AI to improve test efficiency, coverage, and reliability across distributed, cloud-native systems. You’ll be a strong voice for quality, driving innovation and building scalable solutions that support a fast-paced, highly diversified development organization. What You’ll Do Architect and maintain scalable test automation frameworks using C#, .NET, and Playwright. Lead the adoption of AI tools (Azure OpenAI, GitHub Copilot, Testim, Mabl) to enhance test generation, prioritization, and defect prediction. Integrate AI-assisted testing into CI/CD pipelines with Azure DevOps and GitHub Actions. Collaborate with developers to ensure testability and quality in design. Conduct performance, load, and security testing using traditional and AI-enhanced tools. Work within cloud and containerized environments (AWS, Docker, Kubernetes, MCP servers). Mentor junior SDETs and advocate for modern testing practices. Participate in technical discussions and drive continuous improvement in testing strategies. Build and maintain efficient test frameworks and pipelines for functional, integration, and performance tests. Take a hands-on approach to implementing QE processes from requirements analysis through automation and execution. What You Bring 5+ years of experience in test automation or software development. Strong proficiency in C#, .NET, and relevant test frameworks (xUnit, NUnit, MSTest). Hands-on experience with Playwright, SQL (Microsoft SQL Server), and AI tools for testing or code generation. Familiarity with Azure DevOps, GitHub, and CI/CD best practices. Experience with cloud infrastructure (AWS), containers (Docker), orchestration (Kubernetes), and MCP servers. Solid understanding of software architecture, testing best practices, and AI/ML fundamentals. Excellent communication, leadership, and mentoring skills. Knowledge of mocking and dependency injection frameworks (Moq, NSubstitute). Understanding of performance and load testing methodologies. Innovative mindset with a passion for applying AI to testing and automation. Nice to Have: Experience with Shift-Left and Contract Testing. Hands-on experience with JMeter or Blazemeter. Familiarity with open-source software.
